REVERSED
The arbor is neglected or overgrown with duty — a body ignored, a home in debt of care, or a queen who will not let anyone else cook.

Blocked Queen of Pentacles cannot tend. Excess Queen tends everyone. Shadow Queen uses provision as a leash.
